Seedthink — The Intelligence That Grows
Most AI is trained once and frozen. Seedthink is the opposite: an intelligence that learns continuously from verified knowledge and gets measurably better over time. Here is how the whole system actually works.

1. The Seed is the unit of intelligence
Every workspace in Seedthink starts as a Seed — a small, focused unit of intelligence devoted to a single domain: a startup, a research area, a product, a market. A Seed is not a chatbot wrapper. It is a living object with its own knowledge graph, its own verification record, its own memory, and its own measurable growth curve.
Seeds are planted, they grow, and they can be shared. Public Seeds enter the Registry where their reliability is ranked.
2. Verified ingestion, not blind scraping
New knowledge enters a Seed only after passing the verification pipeline. Each incoming fact is checked against its source, cross-referenced against the existing graph, and scored for citation strength. Contradictions are flagged instead of silently overwritten.
This is the architectural difference: where probabilistic models absorb whatever is statistically common, Seedthink absorbs only what is verifiable. Hallucinations are structurally rarer because unverified content never enters long-term memory in the first place.
3. The knowledge graph is the memory
Verified facts are stored as nodes and edges in a per-Seed knowledge graph, not as opaque weights. Every node carries its provenance, timestamp, source, and verification score. Retrieval is graph-first: the Intelligence Layer walks the graph for multi-hop reasoning and falls back to vector search for fuzzy matches.

4. The Intelligence Layer answers
Seed Chat sits on top of the graph. When you ask a question, the Intelligence Layer:
- Retrieves the relevant subgraph for the Seed.
- Verifies candidate facts against citation strength.
- Composes an answer constrained to verified nodes.
- Returns the answer with the sources it actually used.
If the graph cannot support an answer, the Seed says so — instead of confidently fabricating one.
5. The feedback loop makes it grow
Every interaction is a learning event. Corrections, citations, new sources, and verified user input feed back into the graph. Each Seed tracks its own growth curve: node count, verification score, knowledge correction persistence, citation accuracy, and 30-day growth rate.

6. Seed DNA™ and the public Registry
Each Seed has a DNA profile — a topic distribution of what it knows best (e.g. Fundraising 31%, Product 24%, Growth 18%). Public Seeds appear in the Registry, ranked by a Reliability Score that combines verification % and trust.
This is intelligence made visible: an identity per Seed, a timeline per Seed, and a leaderboard across all of them.
7. Why this matters
Frozen models drift further from reality every day after their training cutoff. Seedthink moves in the opposite direction: every day, every verified source, every correction makes the system more knowledgeable and more reliable in its domain.
That is the bet — that the future of useful AI is not a bigger frozen brain, but a smaller verified one that keeps growing.
