What happens on the Trial account?
Every account starts with a Trial: 1 Trial Seed, 10 chat prompts per day with Seedthink, and up to 10 ingests to teach the Seed. Image generation and research mode are not included on the Trial.
What does it mean to 'own' a Seed?
Owning a Seed is a one-time £29.99 purchase. The Seed becomes a permanent digital intelligence asset tied to your account with unlimited capacity — keep adding knowledge and reasoning forever, and release new model versions even after the Seed is published. Full export rights and a programmable API included. You must own a Seed to keep teaching it past the Trial ingest cap.
Do I need PRO to own a Seed?
No. Owning a Seed is one-time and independent of any subscription. PRO / PRO Plus add monthly tokens you can spend across chat, image generation, research and ingest — useful once you're actively growing Seeds.
What are tokens?
Tokens are Seedthink's flexible working currency. Spend them in the Seedthink chat, on image generation, on research prompts, or on ingest / seed teaching. PRO gives 50 tokens/month, PRO Plus gives 100. You can also top up on demand without subscribing.
How many Seeds can I own?
Unlimited. Plant a Seed for every project, niche, or research domain — each becomes its own specialized intelligence asset with its own API endpoints and knowledge graph.
Do tokens roll over?
PRO monthly tokens reset each billing cycle (unused = lost). PRO Plus monthly tokens roll over into your next month, so you never lose what you paid for. On-demand top-up tokens never expire — spend them whenever you want.
Can I have both PRO and PRO Plus?
No — the two subscriptions are mutually exclusive. Upgrading or downgrading swaps the plan; Stripe handles proration automatically.
Refunds?
All sales are final — no automatic refunds. If something's wrong with a charge, get in touch and we'll look at it individually.
