You must be at least 16 years old to use Seedthink. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account or API keys.

Seedthink is a continuously learning AI platform. Each user gets a private Seed instance that grows from the content, memory, and feedback they provide. We may add, change, or remove features as the platform evolves. We will give reasonable notice before any breaking change to a paid API.

You agree not to use Seedthink to:

• Break the law, infringe intellectual property, or violate anyone’s privacy.
• Generate or distribute child sexual abuse material, terrorist content, or content that incites violence.
• Process personal data of third parties without a valid legal basis.
• Probe, scan, or stress-test the service except via your own account within the documented rate limits.
• Resell raw model access, scrape the service to recreate it, or build a competing foundation model from outputs.
• Bypass authentication, rate limits, or any safety or moderation system.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (“Your Content”) and of the private Seed instance you grow from it. You grant Seedthink a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, transmit, embed, index, and process Your Content solely to operate the service for you. We do not sell Your Content and we do not use it to train third-party foundation models.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit Your Content and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party right.

AI outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it, especially for decisions with legal, medical, financial, or safety consequences. Outputs are not professional advice.

Seedthink, the Seed brand, the platform, the underlying software, the documentation, and all related trade marks are owned by Seedthink. These Terms do not grant you any rights in them other than the limited right to use the service as described.

Some features require a paid plan. Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we do not refund partial periods unless required by law.

API usage may be metered. We may suspend or rate-limit accounts that exceed plan limits or that we reasonably believe are being used abusively.

A free tier is provided as-is to let you evaluate the platform. Free-tier rate limits, model availability, and storage quotas may change at any time. Free-tier accounts may be paused after a period of inactivity.

You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if your use creates security or legal risk, or if required by law. We will give reasonable notice unless doing so would itself create risk.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seedthink disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seedthink’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data.

You agree to indemnify and hold Seedthink harmless from any claim arising out of Your Content, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms, including reasonable legal fees.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which Seedthink is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
